IRU Diploma of Honour for Bus Driver Waldemar

This week there was a special tribute to our long-time coach driver Waldemar Kiszkiel.

Die International Road Transport Union (IRU) als Dachverband für den nationalen Omnibusverband ehrt jedes Jahr langjährige Busfahrer:innen. Europaweit erhalten diese Auszeichnung jährlich nur wenige hundert. The requirements include:

• min. 1 million kilometers driven on national and international roads
• min. 20 years wokring as a bus driver
• No self-inflicted traffic accidents
• min. 5 years of affiliation with the current employer

These characteristics more than apply to Waldemar Kiszkiel. He has been with us since the end of the 1980s and has driven well over 2 million kilometers in that time.

We congratulate Waldemar, thank him for his years of service to our company and look forward to many more miles of happy travelers on the roads of Europe.
