The experience in general was wonderful, the transfer from Fiuminco Airport to San Luigi hostel in Rome was done well. Francesco the driver did a great job communicating with us and locating us. The transfer from San Luigi to Milan with driver Giovanni was equally superb, Giovanni was very helpful to us and was kind. However, the transfer from Milan to St. Gallen was not the best and that is why the rating is at 4/5 instead of 5/5. The bus was not in the best mechanical condition, it had a coolant that was leaking in the luggage area and so a good number of our bags were completely wet. We are hoping that this coolant will not spoil the bags for good. Sergio the bus driver was also a bit impatient on arrival. The transfer from St. Gallen to Zurich with driver Silva was fantastic, he was helpful and did a good job. Therefore, i would kindly request that the bus that did the Milan St.Gallen transfer be checked. All in all, Irro Charter is a professional bus service provider, you are efficient and communicate well and it was a great pleasure working with you and we look forward to engaging you once again in the future. It was great experience with Irro charter from reservation to bus service, they have very smooth process and are very responsive over the phone as well as emails. Coach Driving Safety Training
It is a fact that sudden Extreme situations during any time a vehicle is in traffic could happen. Therefore, coach captains must be trained frequently in order to help them keep a cool head in the event of an actual accident, and to safely navigate the bus through any dangerous situation to keep bus and passengers safe at all times. Regular modular training courses are mandatory for every bus driver for these important reasons.
Irro Charter is also offering our bus drivers the extra driver safety training program at the ADAC driver safety specialist center. For a full day, buses and drivers will be pushed and tested to their full limits.
