Working at Irro
On January 29, 2025, the annual Kick-Off event of Irro Charter took place at Sinnreich in Lübeln. An important date for the entire team to get in the mood for the new season, define growth goals, and discuss operational topics.
Irro Charter is a division of Irro specializing in the rental of buses across Europe. Companies, tour operators, and private groups can book buses with drivers for individual tours, events, or business trips through Irro Charter. With a network of partner companies and depots in several countries, we ensure that our customers reach their destination flexibly and reliably.
The day began with a shared breakfast. A great opportunity for colleagues to exchange ideas and start the event in a relaxed manner. The Irro Charter team now consists of 15 colleagues – and the growth continues. In the coming months, more team members will join to meet increasing demands.
After breakfast, the meeting itself began. The focus was on the upcoming season, new growth goals, and operational topics that will accompany the team in the coming months. As in every year, there was a thorough discussion on how processes could be further optimized to handle customer inquiries more efficiently.
A central topic was also the upcoming move to the new office on Dannenberger Straße. With modern workstations and an optimized infrastructure, this move will further improve teamwork and support the growth of Irro Charter.
The Kick-Off event once again demonstrated how important personal exchange is for a successful year. With many new ideas, clear goals, and a positive mood, the team is motivated to start the new season.
