We found IRRO Charter and learn about the service from internet and booked a coach from 28 February 2024 to 02 March 2024 when we were traveling on business trip from Zurich to Munich to Frankfurt and then to Berlin. The coach was clean, convenient and the driver was professional. There is no toilet in the bus but the bus stop was a very nice experience. Clean toilet and good selections of food and snacks. I think there is no WIFI in our bus, maybe you can request it. We will definitely book IRRO Charter again for our next trip in Europe.

Irro Charter are the best!
We contacted Irro Charter at the last minute as another coach company had let us down whilst in Germany for the Euros and they could not have helped more! Roman emailed and called to make sure they could get us a coach and they moved around some bookings to ensure they got us home from Stuttgart to Mainz. Coach was very clean and extremely comfortable too.

Proffesional and Efficient Bus Service Provider
The experience in general was wonderful, the transfer from Fiuminco Airport to San Luigi hostel in Rome was done well. Francesco the driver did a great job communicating with us and locating us. The transfer from San Luigi to Milan with driver Giovanni was equally superb, Giovanni was very helpful to us and was kind. However, the transfer from Milan to St. Gallen was not the best and that is why the rating is at 4/5 instead of 5/5. The bus was not in the best mechanical condition, it had a coolant that was leaking in the luggage area and so a good number of our bags were completely wet. We are hoping that this coolant will not spoil the bags for good. Sergio the bus driver was also a bit impatient on arrival. The transfer from St. Gallen to Zurich with driver Silva was fantastic, he was helpful and did a good job. Therefore, i would kindly request that the bus that did the Milan St.Gallen transfer be checked. All in all, Irro Charter is a professional bus service provider, you are efficient and communicate well and it was a great pleasure working with you and we look forward to engaging you once again in the future. The communications I had from Naser were excellent. At all stages I was kept informed of what was happening with our booking. I would recommend Irro Charter.

Positive:
- the connection and communication with the team and drivers were professional and polite.
- the vehicle was clean and comfortable.
- there were no hidden costs.

Can be improved:
- our information have been asked to be sent several times to different email addresses, but one time was enough.
- drivers turned off the cooling system at the little part of the trip without asking.

You can't go wrong with Irro Charter
It was great experience with Irro charter from reservation to bus service, they have very smooth process and are very responsive over the phone as well as emails. Agents helped me explaining the costs related to the booking and also when there was a change in our plan. No words to explain how good the driver Vincenzo was - very punctual and ready to help us when we had a situation where we really needed help from a local and Italian speaking person. We were on a family tour and were happy about everything. I recommend Irro Charter.

Excellent Service!
We used Irro Charter to bring a group of 24 people to a Football match. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The communication with Irro in the time leading up to the event was clear and professional. On the day of, our charter was incredibly clean and moder, the driver was on time (in fact he was early), friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to use Irro again!
