Proffesional and Efficient Bus Service Provider
The experience in general was wonderful, the transfer from Fiuminco Airport to San Luigi hostel in Rome was done well. Francesco the driver did a great job communicating with us and locating us. The transfer from San Luigi to Milan with driver Giovanni was equally superb, Giovanni was very helpful to us and was kind. However, the transfer from Milan to St. Gallen was not the best and that is why the rating is at 4/5 instead of 5/5. The bus was not in the best mechanical condition, it had a coolant that was leaking in the luggage area and so a good number of our bags were completely wet. We are hoping that this coolant will not spoil the bags for good. Sergio the bus driver was also a bit impatient on arrival. The transfer from St. Gallen to Zurich with driver Silva was fantastic, he was helpful and did a good job. Therefore, i would kindly request that the bus that did the Milan St.Gallen transfer be checked. All in all, Irro Charter is a professional bus service provider, you are efficient and communicate well and it was a great pleasure working with you and we look forward to engaging you once again in the future. Thank you.

- our information have been asked to be sent several times to different email addresses, but one time was enough.
- drivers turned off the cooling system at the little part of the trip without asking.

You can't go wrong with Irro Charter
It was great experience with Irro charter from reservation to bus service, they have very smooth process and are very responsive over the phone as well as emails. Agents helped me explaining the costs related to the booking and also when there was a change in our plan. No words to explain how good the driver Vincenzo was - very punctual and ready to help us when we had a situation where we really needed help from a local and Italian speaking person. We were on a family tour and were happy about everything. I recommend Irro Charter.

Excellent Service!
We used Irro Charter to bring a group of 24 people to a Football match. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The communication with Irro in the time leading up to the event was clear and professional. On the day of, our charter was incredibly clean and moder, the driver was on time (in fact he was early), friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to use Irro again!

We hire the 20 seater bus to go round France over 11 days. It was such a pleasure experience to hv a excellent driver whom navigated safely thru hairpin turning in the old city safely. The bus is in great shape, like mint.

We hired a bus from Irro Charter for a corporate event to take us from Luxembourg to Germany for the day and were super happy with the experience and service!
When booking the communication was seamless smooth. My request was managed by Yaser who was very responsive and helpful.
When the bus came to pick us up it was on time, the drive was very well dressed, very polite and friendly, drove very smoothly.
The bus was perfectly clean, very comfortable and modern. there were facilities on the bus, also a fridge where we could keep our drinks cold.

Overall service was very good, driver was also very helpful & supportive.
Just the problem is there was no Bluetooth / USB connectivity in the Bus. As per client feedback the coach was old model.

We had an emergency situation as one of the company which we had contract cancelled our return trip and we had only few days to find another company which we could trust. Irro Charter were the one which replied us on Sunday and we had one of the best experienc (clear communication, English speaking support, competitive pricing, new bus, friendly driver, etc etc). For sure we will keep Irro in our partners lists for future transfer services.
